Workstation Expert

About the role

We’re looking for a Smart Devices / Workstation Expert to join a leading digital workplace team and take ownership of smart device and Windows workstation solutions at Level 3. As a Smart Devices / Workstation Expert, you will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of smart devices and Windows workstations, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support smart devices (smartphones, tablets) and Windows workstations at L3 level
• Design, integrate, operate, and enhance Microsoft Intune
• Manage device lifecycle: enrollment, configuration, compliance, patching, and decommissioning
• Implement and enforce security and compliance policies for endpoints
• Handle complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support problem management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design
• Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in Digital Workplace or Endpoint Management
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune
• Strong knowledge of Windows workstation management
• Experience managing iOS / iPadOS devices in an enterprise environment
• Comfortable working at L3 support level
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Fluent in English
