We're Hiring: ICT Networking Team Lead

dedicated ICT Networking Team Lead
to strengthen our network team within the infrastructure domain. The team currently consists of
network engineers and a solution architect
, and your challenge will be to bring structure, coach your team, ensure efficient project delivery, and maintain a
stable, future-oriented network environment
.

As
Team Lead
, you will be responsible for both
people management and project management
, independently leading projects while fostering collaboration and delivering a robust infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of
  network engineers and a solution architect
  , including team development and growth guidance.
• Establish
  structure and processes
  within the team, incorporating
  ITIL processes
  (incident, change, problem management) and
  KPI monitoring
  .
• Plan, monitor, and deliver
  network projects
  , ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Manage incoming requests and priorities, and set up
  operational communication channels
  (chat groups, team meetings) for knowledge sharing and quick response.
• Act as a
  technical sparring partner
  and contribute to
  strategic decisions
  .
• Ensure compliance with
  standards (ISO 27001)
  and maintain accurate
  documentation of changes and procedures
  .
• Handle escalations and feedback, implement improvements, and provide strategic insight into
  lifecycle management of network components
  .
• Collaborate with other
  team leads within the infrastructure domain
  for an integrated approach.

Profile / Requirements:

• Excellent command of
  Dutch
  and good knowledge of
  English
  ;
  French
  is a plus.
• Experience leading a
  network team
  , with strong
  people management skills
  (coaching, motivating, bringing structure).
• Background in
  network technology
  (firewalls, routing, switching), but not expected to perform daily technical tasks.
• Experience with
  project management
  ,
  ITIL processes
  ,
  KPI monitoring
  , and
  lifecycle management
  .
• Knowledge of
  compliance and security standards (ISO 27001)
  .
• Strong
  communication skills
  , pragmatic
  \"can-do\" mentality
  , and
  hands-on approach
  for project delivery.
• Coaching leadership style
  , focused on growth and motivation of team members.
