Business Analyst | Zellik

As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in translating business needs – from both clients and internal teams – into smart processes and IT solutions. You think strategically, support operational departments, and guide implementations from A to Z. You ensure that the collaboration between client systems and our internal platforms runs smoothly, so we can always guarantee that our last mile deliveries are carried out efficiently and successfully. You guide the onboarding of new clients and translate their needs into clear processes and technical solutions; You optimize internal processes with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction; You ensure correct and smooth data integration between client systems and the VPD platforms; You work closely with colleagues from Planning, Dispatch, Backoffice, and Warehousing; You report on process results, bottlenecks, and opportunities; You support clients and colleagues during IT and process implementations. You communicate clearly; You can adapt in a dynamic environment; You are solution-oriented with an eye for detail; You have sufficient technical knowledge to bridge business and IT; You possess strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach; You are skilled in analyzing and structuring information; You can quickly anticipate, prioritize, organize, and report professionally; You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English – both spoken and written...
