Mission of the Role

Quick-Step is looking for a Europe-focused Content Marketeer at HQ in Wielsbeke to shape and coordinate content across multiple channels, connecting global strategy with local market relevance. You'll help bring the Quick-Step story to life by delivering high-quality, engaging content in collaboration with both global and local teams, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Your Responsibilities as a Strategic Content Marketeer

  • Content strategy: Develop and implement the global content plan for social media, website, influencers, and PR, in line with brand positioning.
  • Content creation: Coordinate all phases of global content production, ensuring high-quality output that reinforces the Quick-Step brand. Continuously optimize based on past learnings.
  • PR & Influencers: Define global PR themes, manage press releases, and maintain a global influencer framework with clear collaboration requirements. Act as a centre of expertise to advise local marketeers.
  • Agency management: Collaborate with external content agencies to ensure smooth execution and brand-consistent content.
  • You will work closely with the:
    • Global Brand Manager to translate brand pillars and innovation value propositions into compelling content.
    • Global Media Manager to ensure effective and efficient content distribution.
    • Global Digital Marketeer to maximize SEO and audience engagement.
    • Local marketeers in focus countries to ensure business relevance of global content.

The Ideal Strategic Content Marketeer

  • You are a brand lover with at least 5 years of experience in content and digital marketing (influencer marketing is a plus).
  • You are digital savvy and follow the newest trends in digital and communication, where social media holds no secrets for you.
  • You have excellent copywriting skills and strong communication in Dutch and English.
  • You are a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and consumer focus.
  • You are structured, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple projects and budgets at once.
  • You thrive in an international environment and know how to collaborate across teams and cultures.
  • You bring energy, curiosity, and a "can-do" mentality, constantly challenging the status quo.
