About the Role

As a Monitoring Engineer within the Monitoring Operations Center (MOC), you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and optimizing monitoring solutions that provide end-to-end visibility of critical applications and infrastructure components. Your expertise will help ensure seamless operations and proactive incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and operational management of Dynatrace monitoring components
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to support business insights
• Manage integrations with external tools such as ITSM platforms, APM solutions, and Zscaler ZDX
• Automate processes including ITSM ticket workflows, synthetic testing, and rule configuration
• Analyze, plan, and execute changes/releases, ensuring quality assurance from build to run
• Draft and update technical documentation and manuals
• Support incident follow-up and troubleshooting
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, development, and ITSM teams within an agile environment

Your Profile:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynatrace monitoring solutions
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes (incident, problem, event management)
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructure environments
• Skilled in testing and test automation strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive team player with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
