Test Engineer

Languages: French or Dutch (C1 – advanced mastery); English (B2 – upper intermediate).

Task Description:

Within the framework of projects in the Signalling Design Platform related to the ETCS (European Train Control System), seeking a certified ISTQB Expert Test Engineer with strong knowledge of quality standards, particularly EN50.128.

The Test Engineer will:

• Join a small Agile team (developers, analysts, business analysts).
• Actively participate in manual and automated testing of projects developed in Java.
• Apply an innovative approach, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity principles
• Work proactively and autonomously on challenging projects.
• Contribute to business objectives, with strong user orientation and collaboration with business teams (including support for user acceptance testing).
• Ensure compliance with multiple standards:
• ISO 9001 (Quality)
• EN 50.128 (Signalling)
• ISO 27001 – NIS (Security)
• Dedicate time to documentation for proper follow-up and compliance.

Technical Skills (Required)

• Languages: French or Dutch (C1 – advanced mastery); English (B2 – upper intermediate).
• Manual Testing: 10+ years.
• Automated Testing: 5+ years.
• Jira & Xray: 5+ years.
• Automation Tools: Ready-API or SOAP-UI (2+ years), Ranorex (at least some experience).
• Certification: ISTQB.
• Standards Knowledge: ISO9001, EN50.128.
• Selenium: 2+ years.
• Agile/Scrum: 5+ years.
• GitLab & Jenkins: 2+ years.
