Business Analyst

Key responsibilities :

•Requirements gathering and analysis: You work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, collect detailed requirements and document business processes to ensure clarity and alignment between teams.

•Process improvement: You identify areas for business process optimization and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

•Solution design and documentation: You develop the necessary business documentation, such as analyses, translate into epics, user stories, high-level functional specifications and use cases, and ensure that all deliverables meet the needs.

Stakeholder collaboration: You act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, provide guidance on business requirements and ensure effective communication between all project parties.

•Project support: You support the project managers in defining the scope, managing risks and ensuring successful project execution. You will work with developers and QA teams to ensure the solution meets business needs.

•Independence and teamwork: You can work independently and proactively, taking responsibility for assigned tasks, while also contributing effectively to team projects and supporting team members in achieving common goals.
