Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
• Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling,
Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking).
• Meeting Facilitation
• Good technical knowledge on the project’s aspects.
• Practical knowledge of reporting methods.
• Good knowledge of project management tools e.g., MS Project, Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to give business and technical presentations
• Ability to apply high quality standards
• Ability to adapt to unplanned changes or decisions.
SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
• at least 5 years of specific expertise project management of IT projects (min. competence level 5)
• at least 5 years of specific expertise with project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMI,
PM2…) (min. competence level 5)
CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:
Following certificates & standards are an asset for the performance of tasks:
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Certified in PM2
