We’re hiring a QHS Director based in Schelle, Belgium to lead and elevate our Quality, Health & Safety strategy across Europe.

In this high-impact role, you will:

• Develop and implement a robust QHS Management System
• Ensure full compliance with local, national, and EU regulations
• Promote a strong safety culture and lead continuous improvement
• Oversee audits, quality controls, and resolution of non-conformities
• Guide and develop a team of QHS professionals
• Collaborate across departments to embed QHS practices into all operations

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of QHS leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and environmental, health and safety regulations
• Solid knowledge of food risk legislation and related regulations.
• A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
