Main responsibilites

· Working from the source video and script to spot and create a working file

· Adapting the source accurately for the needs of the audience

· Adhering to the technical requirements of audio description

· Delivering a finished word file free of errors (or using our internal AD tool in the future)

Requirements and experience

· Previous experience on audio description adaptation projects

· Previous experience working on audio description checks with a visually-impaired counterpart

· Acting experience: being able to act your adaptation would also be a plus
