TurnUp is a SaaS scale-up solving the #1 efficiency problem in healthcare: capacity loss through no-shows. We combine AI, data, and proven execution to deliver measurable, verifiable ROI (500%+) for healthcare groups, DSOs, and multi-site practices.
We're expanding rapidly into the UK and US markets. We need a senior sales professional with a proven track record in proactive outbound enterprise sales — someone who takes full ownership of outcomes and closes.
Your Mission
As Senior Sales Executive, you own new enterprise revenue and drive TurnUp's expansion into strategic healthcare groups in Belgium, the UK, and the US. This role has full accountability for outcomes — not just activities.
What will you do?
Close new enterprise and DSO accounts end-to-end.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (operations, finance, IT, leadership).
Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline with 3–5× coverage.
Position TurnUp as a strategic ROI partner, not a point solution.
International field work: Active presence at trade shows (e.g., Chicago Dental Society Midwinter, BDIA Dental Showcase) and on-site meetings with decision-makers in the UK and US.
Translate regional market insights into our product roadmap and GTM approach.
Who are we looking for?
Direct, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating across borders without hand-holding.
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, focusing on enterprise accounts.
Proven track record in proactive outbound enterprise sales.
Experience with healthcare, DSOs, or multi-site organizations is a strong plus.
Excellent English (written and spoken) is a hard requirement. Knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset but secondary.
Willingness to travel frequently to the UK and US.
Compensation & Upside
Variable compensation: Performance-based with accelerators for over-performance (Target variable ~50% of base).
Equity (ESOP): Eligibility for participation in TurnUp's ESOP to reward those who materially move the company forward.
