. This is a global role supporting multiple manufacturing sites, mainly in Braine l'Alleud (Belgium) and Bulle (Switzerland).
About The Role
You will be responsible for the seamless integration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our automation platforms that control processes in biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. By utilizing advanced technology and industry best practices, you will enhance operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive innovation in our commercial and clinical manufacturing processes. Your goal is to empower UCB's organization with robust, scalable, and secure systems that enable us to deliver life-saving medications to patients with precision and excellence
Who You'll Work With
You will be working with a team that collaborates closely with engineering, biotech, pharma production, and digital technology teams. Your role involves being the single point of contact for business units from the Manufacturing and Engineering departments, ensuring that digital solutions align with UCB's strategic objectives. You will also engage with external partners who help maintain and update digital systems.
