Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Capital Project Digital Transformation Lead who is innovative, collaborative, and solution-oriented to join our Patient Supply, Transformational Programs & Infrastructure team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Wallonia, Belgium.
You will lead the execution of UCB's digital strategy for a large-scale greenfield capital project, embedding AI-first and lights-out factory concepts from the earliest design stages. This role ensures our future site is automation-enabled, compliance-ready, and built for high-performance, digitally empowered operations, with a focus on Sterile Drug Product (SDP) manufacturing.
You will work closely with automation, engineering, IT, and quality teams, acting as the digital transformation representative across business, technical, and compliance stakeholders. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners to drive execution, remove roadblocks, and deliver state-of-the-art digital solutions, with a focus on sterile drug product operations including aseptic manufacturing and inspection processes.
