We are now looking for a Tailoring Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for anyone who has experience in customising clothes or with a fashion education background. /p ullip strongHours: /strongFull Time (35h) /p /lilip strongStarting Date: /strongAs soon as possible /p /lilip strongFlexibility /strongstrong: /strongYou are flexible to work Saturdays and across various shifts /p /lilip strongSalary: /strongCompetitive compensation /p /li /ul p strongWhat are we offering? /strong /pullip Promotion and pay increase opportunities every 3 months /p /lilip Structured training to enhance your tailoring skills where we will collaborate with external partners /p /lilip Self-evaluation and manager’s evaluation system to ensure you do not stop developing /p /lilip Highly diverse and inclusive team environment /p /lilip Competitive compensation and benefit package; includes staff discount, employee of the month award, bi-annual customer service excellence award with a trip to Japan, paid time off to volunteering for a good cause /p /li /ul p strongWhat is your purpose? /strong /pullip Altering length of trousers, skirts, sleeves and embroidery /p /lilip Upcycling (Sashiko, darning etc..) /p /lilip Discussing alteration or repair requirements with customers to ensure that their specifications are met /p /lilip Accurately recording customer’s measurements, instructions and preferences /p /lilip Comply with store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and minimise loss /p /lilip Collaborate enthusiastically with all team members and offer to support them when needed to form a united high performing team /p /lilip Relay the voice of customers about products and services to company management to continue to make our business relevant for the customers of today and tomorrow /p /lilip When needed be able to support store operation task to make sure we have the best store possible for our customers /p /lilip Greet and advise our customers on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the checkout in order to offer exceptional customer service /p /lilip Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor allowing our customers to experience the UNIQLO universe /p /lilip Process deliveries and set up items on the sales floor to ensure their enhancement /p /lilip A percentage of the tailor’s time (e.g. 25%) will be devoted to pure store task /p /li /ul p strongWho are our Tailoring specialists? /strong /pullip You have the right to work in Belgium.
