Audience & Segmentation Specialist


We’re looking for an Audience & Segmentation Specialist to turn customer data into actionable insights and drive impactful campaigns. You’ll be the link between CRM, Media, and Marketing teams, helping create segments, activate first-party data, and build customer journeys that deliver real value.

🔑 What You’ll Do

🎯 Segmentation & Data Prep (30%)

  • Build and maintain accurate customer segments for CRM & media campaigns
  • Collaborate with Media & Marketing to translate business needs into actionable datasets
  • Write SQL queries and configure segments in tools like BlueConic or Salesforce
  • Automate recurring audience builds and ensure privacy compliance

🚀 Media & First-Party Data Activation (20%)

  • Deliver validated audience segments to activation platforms
  • Monitor usage & optimize audience definitions
  • Support best practices for segment sharing & tracking

🛠 Customer Journey Building (20%)

  • Build, test, and validate customer journeys in marketing tools
  • Ensure smooth communication flows and avoid double targeting
  • Document processes and go-live validations

📊 Campaign Execution & Insights (20%)

  • Ensure campaign readiness from a segmentation & data perspective
  • Provide input for dashboards & campaign debriefs
  • Contribute actionable insights to optimize performance

🤝 Collaboration & Support (10%)

  • Actively participate in CRM, Media, and Marketing meetings
  • Align segment-related activities across departments
  • Optimize naming conventions, testing, and targeting consistency

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Data, Technology, or similar
  • 1-2 years in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, or Audience Management
  • Hands-on with segmentation tools, CRM platforms, and customer journey tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud )
  • Knowledge of retail media or clean room environments (e.g., Infosum ) is a plus
  • Analytical, accurate, structured, and a strong communicator
  • Bilingual Dutch/French is a plus
