We're looking for a Market & Customer Intelligence Manager to lead our efforts in turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape our innovation roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and commercial decisions.

What you’ll do:

🔍 Lead market and competitor analysis across regions

📊 Deliver insights that support product pipeline, pricing, and innovation

📈 Build dashboards and tools that empower data-driven decisions

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed insights into strategy

🧠 Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement in marketing intelligence

What you’ll bring:

✔️ 5+ years in marketing intelligence, analytics, or strategic insights

✔️ Strong analytical and storytelling skills

✔️ Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel

✔️ A commercial mindset and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

✔️ Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (e.g. French, German, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Arabic)
