Regional Head of Sales International

Your key responsibilities

  • You drive the strategic commercial direction for the international markets (China, Belarus, …), covering all brands and ensuring strong market performance and sustainable growth. This includes driving a short-, mid- and long-term growth agenda in the region, including implementation of the full marketing mix and identification of future growth opportunities.
  • You’re responsible for the execution of the annual commercial plan in the region and in the individual countries, as well as the development of a 3-5 strategic commercial plan. This includes the product portfolio, through close collaboration with the product portfolio management team.
  • You lead and develop high-performing sales teams and foster customer-centric partnerships.
  • You actively contribute to the development of the countries within the region, unlocking their full market potential.


Your profile

  • You have a Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
  • You have 8 to 10 years of experience in a sales or commercial role, preferably within the seed industry or agricultural sector.
  • You have proven leadership experience in managing teams across multiple countries or regions.
  • Excellent knowledge of English is required; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • You have experience in strategic market development, including launching or expanding commercial operations in new markets.
  • You’re willing to travel frequently within the region.
