Business Controller

We are now looking for a Business Controller who will play a central role in steering the organisation through insight‑driven decision‑making and robust financial management. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role at the intersection of strategy and operations.

In this position, you will:

• Deliver sharp financial KPIs, analysis and commentary to guide strategic decisions

• Ensure reliable reporting across sales, performance, procurement and working capital

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost management processes

• Drive process optimisation and contribute to UBS’s digital and analytical transformation

• Build dashboards and business cases to support investments and operational priorities

• Identify financial risks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

• Integrate ESG considerations into financial planning and performance discussions

• Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to operational leaders

• Facilitate collaboration across UBS Group and maintain transparent communication with auditors, regulators and external partners

• Support and develop finance colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence
