An international player in the pharmaceutical sector is looking for an IBP Architect - Anaplan Specialist with strong experience in Anaplan. You will join the Digital Technology team for Finance & Supply Chain, working from the company's headquarters in Brussels.

As an IBP Architect - Anaplan Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and developing the organization's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) landscape. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, and HR to drive improvements and build robust planning, forecasting, and reporting models using Anaplan.

You'll be part of the Finance & Procurement Digital Technology team, which is responsible for delivering scalable planning capabilities. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery of future-proof planning architecture.

• Take the architectural lead on IBP initiatives across finance, HR, supply chain, and other business areas

• Design, build, and manage Anaplan models for planning, forecasting, and reporting

• Translate business needs into scalable Anaplan model designs

• Apply architectural best practices to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance

• Provide training and support to users, and troubleshoot Anaplan-related issues

• Stay current with developments in Anaplan and integrate with other business systems as needed
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in Anaplan or similar planning systems

• Solid knowledge of financial planning concepts (Opex, P&L, COGS, balance sheet)

• Proven experience in designing planning architecture and delivering digital projects

• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management

• Strategic mindset with hands-on technical skills
