Contract Management & Operations Specialist

We're Hiring: Site Operations Lead | Beerse (Antwerp), Belgium | On-site, Full-time Are you a dynamic operations leader with experience in regulated lab or pharma environments? We’re looking for a Site Operations Lead to manage the delivery of integrated laboratory services at our client’s site in Beerse, Antwerp . Languages required: Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) Lead and inspire a team of supervisors, helpdesk, and technical staff on-site. Manage metrics, KPIs, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Utilise SAP and CRM systems for effective asset and operations management. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or similar. ~5+ years’ experience in operations management in a regulated lab/pharma environment. ~ Strong leadership and team development skills. ~ Familiarity with GxP , Health & Safety standards , and SAP or equivalent systems. ~ A proactive, quality- and results-driven mindset.
