Do you have experience in airfreight logistics and a passion for delivering high-quality service? We’re looking for an Export Coordinator to join a specialist logistics organisation supporting the global pharma/life sciences industry.

The Role

You’ll manage daily export logistics tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures. Working with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams, you’ll make sure shipments are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating export shipments from booking to delivery
• Preparing and checking shipping documentation for compliance
• Communicating with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitoring shipment progress and resolving any issues
• Maintaining accurate records in logistics systems

• Experience in logistics, specifically air freight
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritise and work well under pressure
