Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and implementing projects with a strong focus on process improvement and quality enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of investment and re-engineering projects, from initiation to completion.
• Analyze and optimize production and qualification processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations and monitor project budgets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and coordinate improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Provide technical support in the development and introduction of new products, including feasibility studies, product testing, and prototyping.
• Ensure that projects comply with safety and environmental regulations, identifying risks and overseeing safe execution.
• Advise the organization on potential technical improvements and process optimizations.

Your Profile:

• A Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferably in mechanical, electromechanical, or metallurgical disciplines).
• 3-5 years of experience in project management within a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies and processes.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively within deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
• Fluency in English and Dutch
