For a customer in Hasselt active across Belgium, we are searching for a freelance Business Analyst who can act as a true IT Business Partner to the organisation - someone who connects business ambition with technology and helps position IT as a strategic partner to the group. You will play a key role in strengthening how IT collaborates with the business: moving beyond defining what needs to be delivered and when, toward understanding why initiatives matter, what value they create, and how they support the Group's long-term strategy. This role is as much about people, influence, and business insight as it is about technology therefore we are searching for someone highly motivated who can inspire. The profile does not necessarily need to be senior either!
