Legal Counsel

Your role in a nutshell

As a Legal Counsel at WDP, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our legal team while providing strategic support to the Belgian parent company and its subsidiaries in France and Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Specializing in real estate contracts while maintaining a broad legal perspective.
• Proactively advising on leasing matters, from providing guidance to drafting contracts, negotiating, and managing disputes related to topics such as environmental issues, insurance, and risk management.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues from commercial, financial, project development, and property management teams.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Legal BeLux.

What you bring to the table

We are looking for someone with:

• A Master’s degree in Belgian law and initial work experience, ideally gained at a law firm or in a corporate legal role.
• A team-player mindset with excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• A proactive attitude, taking initiative and responsibility while thinking strategically alongside the business.
• A discreet, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• The ability to turn complex legal issues into clear, actionable solutions.
• A passion for working in a dynamic, ambitious, and fast-growing environment.
