Master data Administrator

The Master Data Administrator is an interface between the finance, compliance reporting, property management and sales. Master data is crucial in our business to support our financial and reporting processes. The financial, technical and commercial master data is being stored on various platforms, i.e. SAP to support the accounting processes, the WDP Data Lake to support technical and compliance reporting, and Autocad for the management of the technical drawings. In this position you report to the head of IT & Digital and you are responsible for: Continuously keeping the master data in scope up-to-date and enriching data where possible, e.g. investments, building type, insurance data, indexations, …. Improving processes and procedures in master data management. Reporting on a monthly basis on running contracts. Responsible for the management of at least the following data domains: SAP Financial and Contractual Master Data Rental contracts Solar contracts Technical Master Data Technical building data You have Bachelor’s degree in a field with an analytical focus (management, finance, IT, engineering) or equivalent through relevant experience. You have experience in calculating rental information and maintaining master data in an ERP system or are willing to learn. Experience with Autocad is a plus but not required, we will train you on-the-job. You are Excel savvy and enjoy working with numbers and data. You are fluent in English and Dutch.
