Solution Line Manager Low Voltage

As a technical expert, you will support the sales, production, and after-sales processes within our power solutions department. After a short but intensive training, you will be responsible for:

• Developing complex product designs and preparing offers in close collaboration with Inside Sales.
• Full follow-up of offers, from start to completion.
• Defending technical aspects of offers during customer discussions when necessary.
• Creating strong sales arguments, documentation, and price lists to support the sales team and achieve goals together.
• Establishing and monitoring pricing and margin policies.
• Preparing and executing an effective product marketing plan.
• Continuously monitoring the market, actively seeking new products and opportunities.
• Following market innovations and translating these innovations into existing products and solutions.
• Developing and executing promotional campaigns; determining content and actively participating in trade fairs, seminars, training sessions, and promotional activities.

Functie-eisen

• You have a degree in industrial engineering in electricity, electronics, or electromechanics, or you have extensive experience as a bachelor in electrical engineering within an industrial environment.
• You have in-depth knowledge of low-voltage systems (both direct current, alternating current, and transformers) or you are motivated to master this quickly.
• Modern energy technologies are familiar to you.
• You are socially skilled and have a commercial mindset.
• You think in solutions and are innovative in your approach.
• Continuous learning and further developing yourself is essential to you.
• You take responsibility and show ownership in your work.
• You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English (both spoken and written).
