Are you ready to take a strategic role at a leading international mining and minerals company? We are seeking an experienced Land and Mining Rights Manager to help drive global growth and secure the long-term value of critical land and mineral assets.
This newly created HQ role offers the opportunity to professionalise and expand a function that will have a lasting impact on the organisation’s success worldwide.
As the Land and Mining Rights Manager, you will report to the Group Head of Mining and work closely with regional and corporate teams to:
- Administer and develop the global GIS system for tracking land holdings and mining rights.
- Guide regional operations in creating and executing land and mineral rights strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Review and advise on land acquisition and divestment plans, ensuring strategic alignment and value protection.
- Support expansion projects and contribute to the professionalisation of land administration practices globally.
- Maintain the integrity of mining rights, including mineral control, permitting, zoning, and reclamation activities.
We’re looking for a dynamic professional with:
- 5–10 years' experience in land, real estate, or mining rights management within the mining, building materials, or heavy industries.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in GIS, geology, mining, or real estate management.
- Strong experience in the legal and administrative aspects of land and mineral rights.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German, or other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in GIS systems and database administration.
- A strategic mindset combined with operational rigour and high autonomy.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, especially within Europe.
