Finance Manager - Brussels

A growing SME in the service sector, based in Brussels, is looking for a Finance Manager to structure and lead its financial function. In this human-sized company (a few dozen employees), you will play a strategic role alongside the leadership team, with significant autonomy and real impact.

Your Responsibilities as Finance Manager:

• Define and monitor the annual budget in collaboration with operational managers
• Prepare monthly reporting, analyze variances, and suggest improvements
• Ensure compliance with Belgian accounting and financial regulations obligations
• Manage cash flow and forecast
• Prepare financial presentations for management meetings
• Banking & External Relations
• Supervise and mentor an accountant

Profile - Finance Manager

• Higher education degree in finance, accounting, or business management
• Relevant experience for the role
• Fluent in professional English
• French
