This position is based in Zaventem, within a financially mature international energy group active in large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects. The organisation employs ±200 professionals locally and operates in a capital-intensive environment with multi-million-euro project budgets. You will work closely with operations and project teams to steer performance in a Business Controller role built around ownership, visibility, and progression.

What you will do as Business Controller

• Own performance follow-up for your scope, delivering clear cost, margin, and variance analyses
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, supporting structured steering of projects and operations
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks, ensuring consistent performance monitoring
• Prepare and consolidate monthly performance reports, highlighting deviations, risks, and trends

Who this Business Controller role is for

• 3 to 8 years of experience as a Business Controller, Controller, or in audit with clear controlling exposure
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Dutch is required; English and French are a strong plus

Offer - Business Controller

• €60,000 to €75,000 gross per year, aligned with experience and responsibility
