MissionThe Production and Logistic Manager is responsible for:
a production team to manufacture the company products in a controlled environment and according to the highest level of quality
the set up of adequate supply chain for products, components, materials, ...
the overall management of the company facility (building and equipment) and their proper maintenance
ActivitiesProduction management Manage the different stages of the production process:
Supervise the manufacturing process and packaging materials
Organize the daily production
Communicate tasks to technicians and supervision of ongoing productions
Ensure the adjustment of equipment and manufacturing quality
Ensure components and equipment supply
Verify the procedures compliance (production and quality) and check batch records
Promote rigor, order and cleanliness in cleanroom
Organize day-to-day cleaning operations and verify conformity to procedures and standards
Participate in improving the safety and environment
Verify equipments and organize their maintenance
Monitoring of the key parameters of the clean room
Organize cleaning operations needed to ensure product quality in all production area
Implement improvement process :
Build and follow the daily activities of production indicators (dashboard, graphs…)
Establish medium and long term forecast production programs
Logistic management
Ensure the efficiency of the Supply Chain (define the objectives of each member, ensure the link between each member, ...)
Validate the Supply Chain (ensure that suppliers have been audited according to the audit plan) with the QA Manager
Identify possible improvements and implement them in collaboration with Management and the Quality Department
Define alert levels to place orders that help prevent stockouts
Supervise purchases, orders and deliveries
Take the necessary actions to correct any deviations and update alert levels as soon as necessary
Manage purchasing and production teams as well as subcontractors by specifically managing critical suppliers
Define the expected performance of the Supply Chain and perform the follow-up of these performances
Transversal collaboration
Participate to collaboration meetings with the R&D department in order to provide technical advices to solve problems involved in the manufacturing process or adapt the production tool
Report activities to COO
Organize and conduct regular technical team meetings to identify the processes achievements and the potential risk situations and determine interventions process
Team Management
Ensure coaching, assessment and training of technicians to ensure product quality
Design training modules and / or staff training procedures (standards, work practices, security…)
Maintain and promote a positive working atmosphere oriented to production
Skills
Applied Sciences university degree (Civil or Industrial Engineering)
Expertise in quality standards :
GMP clean room Class ISO-7 management and in GMP standard
Quality Management System ISO 13485
Ability to lead a project and a team
Skills for production and supply chains organization
Supplier Relationship Management
Stress resistance and positive attitude
Organized and results oriented
Ability to work in a start up environment (adaptability, collaboration, flexibility, versatility, interest in the challenges)
