Our client is a mid-market Private Equity firm headquartered in Brussels, with offices in Paris, Munich, Milan, Madrid and Luxembourg, with €1.5 billion of assets under management. It invests in leading companies with a sustainable competitive position in attractive niche markets located in the Benelux, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. Our Clients employs 40 direct employees across 6 offices and indirect employees in excess of 12,000 in its participations. The office is located in Avenue Louise in Brussels. In relation to the office move and the fast development of its activities, our client is looking for a receptionist and hence looking for a dynamic and service-minded candidate for this position. Job Description The receptionist will be a central person in organizing meeting schedules, meeting rooms set- up and travel plans of the visitors coming from Belgium and abroad, lunches and events in the Brussels office (traiteurs may come from time to time for board meetings) and liaise with the teams in the other European offices. The main activities and responsibilities will be:
Manage and maintain meeting rooms and meeting schedules (incl. travel arrangements)
Answer and manage incoming calls for the Brussels switchboard
Receive and interact with incoming visitors (i.e. investors, shareholders, C-level people of participations, board members, advisors, entrepreneurs)
Liaise with internal staff at all levels and in all regions
General office management and supplies orders
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate would have a bachelor in the hospitality sector or a relevant experience in hotels, HoReCa or tourism activities
Language: perfect knowledge of English, French and Dutch
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite
