Executor
We Are Renewables is looking for an Executor for one of our clients in the construction industry.
Responsibilities

Managing your own employees and monitoring the work of subcontractors, acting as a central point of contact.
Help with the necessary work preparation, focusing on the technical aspects. You'll also coordinate the site based on the established work and implementation plans.
Oversee safety and environmental procedures and ensure everyone complies. You also monitor the quality of work delivered and make adjustments where necessary.
Prepare daily and weekly schedules, help identify optimizations, monitor performance, and intervene if necessary.
Check the invoice proposals of the relevant subcontractors and suppliers.
Report directly to the head site manager/project manager.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in construction engineering with 3-5 years of experience in the construction sector, preferably in the civil sector.
Practical and technical insight without losing sight of administrative responsibility.
Strong social skills and organizational skills, enabling you to communicate instructions effectively.
General knowledge of Dutch/ French and English.
You are in possession of a VOL-VCA
