Operation Support Office service
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the IT Chapters organization, including schedule meetings, prepare agendas, manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Prepare and update Confluence documentation, presentations, reports, and KPI dashboards using PowerPoint and Power BI to support decision-making and transparent communication towards our stakeholders.
  • Track and manage tasks and support resource requests in Jira, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives (e.g. L&D, KPI) and contribute to the evolution of internal practices (change & transition management).
  • Facilitate clear communication and proactive coordination among stakeholders in Belgium and Germany (e.g. HR, Procurement, Controlling, Customers) to ensure effective collaboration and compliance.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years proven experiences in similar position (preferably in an IT or corporate environment).
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related fields
  • Service oriented and ability to work autonomously 
  • Able to document processes and guidelines to larger audience
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPointExcelPower BIJira and Confluence
