Support knowledge and competence
We ARE Renewables is looking for an Support knowledge and competence for a client in the energy sector. You will play a key role in implementing activities related to knowledge management and competency development within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent development and training pathways
- Update training content with content owners
- Plan training sessions and follow the roadmap
- Knowledge base management
- Create and update competency frameworks (technical and non-technical, soft skills and hard skills)
- Stakeholder coordination
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, Safety on all learning and development topics
- Centralized governance
- Monitor documents, processes, tools, and training related to competencies
- Analysis and reporting
- Produce relevant statistics and dashboards for the Infrastructure population
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a technical environment
- Project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong sense of safety and quality
- Autonomy, rigor, and ability to work independently
- Analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Knowledge of LMS systems and e-learning platforms (a plus)
- Customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written)
