We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our new customers. You will guide them through the implementation process, ensuring they understand and utilize Wello’s platform effectively. Your role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success with our solution. You should be fluent in English and French, with a professional level of Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them from account setup to full adoption of Wello Solutions.
• Conduct product training sessions tailored to customer needs, ensuring effective understanding and usage of the platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to create a seamless transition from sale to onboarding.
• Customize onboarding workflows based on customer business processes and goals.
• Monitor customer progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address challenges.
• Gather customer feedback during onboarding to help improve product usability and onboarding efficiency.
• Document best practices, create onboarding materials, and contribute to knowledge base resources.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with field service management, asset management, or job-tracking software is a plus.
• Experience with CRM, help desk, and training tools is advantageous.
