Our platform helps service businesses plan work, manage customers, follow up on jobs, and keep daily operations under control. It is used every day by professional service organizations in technical maintenance, energy, security systems, and facility services.
To support our growth in Belgium and the Netherlands, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Brussels.
About the role
This role is a great fit for someone with around 1 to 2 years of experience who wants to grow in B2B software sales. You do not need to be a technical expert, but you should be curious about how software supports real operational work.
You will be involved in the full sales cycle and work with real prospects from day one. You will learn on the job, supported by experienced colleagues, and gradually take ownership of your own deals and pipeline.
What you will do
You will follow up on inbound leads and help create new sales opportunities. You will actively prospect and build your own pipeline in the Dutch-speaking market. You will take part in discovery calls and learn how to understand customer needs. You will present Wello Solutions during product demonstrations and explain how it fits daily operations. You will help prepare proposals and support commercial discussions. You will work closely with internal teams during the sales process. You will keep your activities and pipeline up to date in the CRM.
What We Are Looking For
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS
• Interest in technology and operational software
• Comfortable speaking with business contacts by phone and video
• Structured, reliable, and willing to learn
• Clear communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English. French is a plus
