Role Overview The Venue Sales & Partnership Coordinator provides administrative, coordination, and client servicing support to the venue sales and partnership function. The role supports the sales lifecycle from inquiry through to program closing, ensures accurate documentation and system records, and assists in the coordination and execution of established partnership. This role is ideal for a detail oriented and service focused individual with an interest in live performance, event management, or arts administration. Key Responsibilities Venue Sales and Partnership Coordination Receive and coordinate enquiries and assist with initial responses; Prepare quotations, availability checks, and draft agreements under guidance of the sales person-in-charge; Coordinate venue tours, site inspections, and client meetings; Maintain accurate booking event and revenue records in venue booking system; Track sales activity, bookings, confirmations, and amendments; Assist with preparation of all sales related reports and program closing; Support various initiatives to service established partnerships; Administrative & Process Support Ensure timely and accurate steps follow through for each confirmed program; Responsible on all venues sales team related administration duties and provide support to any ad-hoc assignment required; and Performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by M+. Qualifications & Experience University degree in Event Management, Arts Management, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field; 1–3 years' experience in sales coordination, events, hospitality, or administrative support roles; and Experience in a client facing or service oriented environment. Skills & Competencies Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously; Possess a can-do attitude with problem solving skills; Proficiency in event booking platforms and Microsoft Office suite; and Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
