This role in summary

We are looking for a data-driven strategist to bridge the gap between complex customer service & logistics data and actionable business decisions. As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you won't just be \"reporting numbers\", you will be the storyteller who finds the \"why\" behind our supply chain performance and the \"how\" for our future improvements.

You will play a dual role: serving as a high-level data consultant for management and a process-improvement partner for our Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.

About KitchenAid Small Domestic Appliances

KitchenAid, a Whirlpool Corporation brand, is a leader in the small domestic appliance industry. For over a century, KitchenAid has designed innovative, stylish and high-performance kitchen appliances that empower consumers to elevate their culinary experience and enhance their life at home.

Your responsibilities will include

Data Analytics & Strategic Insight

  • Translate Data into Decisions: Analyze large datasets across Customer Service, Repair Services and Logistics to identify trends and bottlenecks.
  • Executive Reporting: Design and maintain high-impact dashboards that provide management with a \"pulse\" on the organization.
  • Predictive Analysis: Move beyond what happened to predict what will happen, helping the team proactively manage seasonal peaks or potential supply disruptions.

Supply Chain & Process Optimization

  • Process Mapping: Document \"as-is\" workflows in logistics and customer service to identify redundancies or manual friction points.
  • System Synergy: Analyze how our ERP/WMS and other systems interact and propose technical or procedural adjustments to streamline operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the analytical glue between the Business teams to ensure data flows seamlessly across the lifecycle of an order.

Change Management & Implementation

  • Business Case Development: Quantify the ROI of proposed process changes or system upgrades to gain leadership buy-in.
  • Post-Implementation Audits: Track the success of new initiatives to ensure they deliver the expected efficiency gains.

In this position, you aren't just supporting the business, you will be driving it. Your insights will directly impact our cost-to-serve, customer retention and our operational agility. If you enjoy digging into a spreadsheet to find cost & process flow efficiency gains, you will thrive here.

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years in Business Analysis, Data Analytics or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. System-thinker. Ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders; a \"detective\" mindset.
  • Advanced in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Proficient in data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau and/or Looker). Experience with database querying or data automation and advanced analytics is desirable and considered a significant advantage.
  • Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle and/or others).
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in English, and knowledge of any additional European language is a plus.
