Your Responsibilities

Lead software development projects from initiation to successful delivery
Act as Scrum Master: facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams
Draw up and monitor project plans, budgets, and risk analyses
Manage stakeholders and provide regular reports to internal and external parties
Apply Agile/Scrum and Prince2 methodologies
Support migration projects to cloud platforms (Azure)
Manage teams in a DevOps context using tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence
Encourage continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team motivation

Certified Project Manager with technical experience and a strong IT background
Proven experience leading digital transformation projects
Analytical, organized, and able to translate technical challenges into actionable solutions
Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and guide teams
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools
Hybrid work model: 2–3 office days per week
