The Automotive Aftermarket Europe division manufactures and supplies specialty and innovative chemicals for the automotive aftermarket. The Junior Category Manager supports the Category Manager in the development of the Engine Care Product Category (Additives and Workshop products) to deliver above-market growth: market analysis, recommendation and implementation of marketing strategies, and CBI projects. This position involves market research and competition analysis, market and offer segmentation, promotions, CBI project development, value proposition, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market approach in collaboration with R&D, Sales, and other stakeholders. Market, Customer & Competition Analysis Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities Propose action plans to increase sales (Push/Pull strategy) by end-user, channel, and segment Analyze sales data to define actions to increase sales and margin and minimize slow movers Create marketing materials (presentations, product sheets, digital content) Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field ~2–3 years’ experience in marketing, data analysis, or product management (internship or entry-level) ~ Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional EU languages a plus ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital analytics tools ~ Team player ~ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in an international environment
