- You’ve done this before at a SaaS scale-up or AI services company
- You are a system thinker who integrates brand, data, and commercial design seamlessly.
- You are analytical
- Somebody that can to this alone today and with a team of 10 in 2 years
What You Will Own
You will hold the mandate for our complete growth system, specifically owning:
- The Revenue Narrative: Connecting our brand story directly to pipeline, ensuring our messaging drives commercial outcomes.
- Category Positioning: Defining and defending Wonka AI’s unique space in a noisy, fast-moving market.
- Data Fluency: Marrying deep quantitative insights with creative brand building to navigate performance pressure without losing the big picture.
- The Marketing Operating Model: Designing the team structure, workflows, and tech stack required to scale growth sustainably.
