We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP as part of a strategic ERP replacement and business transformation program. This high-impact role will oversee the full lifecycle of the program—from planning and execution to change management and post-implementation stabilization—ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Own the overall delivery of the SAP implementation program, replacing the legacy ERP system.
- Define and manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams.
- Lead cross-functional teams including IT, business units, external vendors, and system integrators.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reporting, and decision-making forums.
- Ensure transparent communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
Business Transformation
- Drive business process redesign and harmonization in alignment with SAP best practices.
- Oversee organizational change management, including training, communication, and adoption strategies.
- Ensure business continuity and minimal disruption during transition phases.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, data integrity, and audit requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics to track program performance and benefits realization.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in program management, with 5+ years in ERP/SAP implementations
Proven track record in full-cycle SAP rollouts
Ability to lead large, diverse teams and influence senior stakeholders
Experience in organizational transformation and user adoption strategies
Location: Antwerp - Turnhout area - 2 days onsite required
Languages: Fluent Dutch is mandatory - good level of English
