💡 What You Bring to the Table

• A deep understanding of controlling, budgeting, financial policy, and analysis.
• Proven skills in business case development, financial modelling, and economic research.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data tools (you’re comfortable with structure, but agile with change).
• 7–12 months of relevant experience and a background in short-cycle tertiary education.
• Some experience coordinating others (4–6 months)—you know how to guide without micromanaging.
• Curiosity, clarity, and commitment.
• Dutch on a professional level.
