We are looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Brussels: Strategic messaging & planning Bring our company’s vision, strategy, and leadership voice to life through compelling stories and messages that help employees feel connected, aligned, and empowered. Content creation & channel management Write, edit, and manage content across all internal channels (intranet, newsletters) Craft engaging multimedia content including videos, interviews, infographics, and employee spotlights. Partner with HR, CSR, and other teams as required to support people engagement initiatives (e.g. onboarding, recognition, diversity, events). Monitor employee communication effectiveness and engagement levels. Recommend and test new formats and tools to keep communication fresh and impactful. Strong editorial judgment and content planning capabilities. ~ Familiarity with modern communication platforms (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, etc.). ~ Highly organised and creative. ~ Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
