Technical Business Consultant

Our team of 1,300 employees work across 22 countries in EMEA delivering SAAS solutions optimizing our customers supply chains & innovating citizen identification across the world. Our work for our B2G customers ensures the delivery of a strong basis for legal identity to citizens in their home countries and creates safe movement for them between the countries they choose to travel to. The Technical AMR business consultant is a technical role focused on driving the adoption and implementation of our Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) solutions as well as our other Print and Apply solutions. This role demands an understanding of robotics, automation, and software integration, combined with the ability to articulate technical solutions and their business impact to diverse audiences. We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented technical Business Consultant who will be crucial in understanding client challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions using Zetes' technology. You'll collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery and lasting client satisfaction. Technical Solution & Sales Support: Conduct detailed site surveys and feasibility analyses, including evaluating infrastructure, workflow patterns, and potential integration points. Develop detailed technical specifications and system architecture diagrams, outlining hardware, software, and network requirements. Integrate AMR systems with our current applications. Program and configure AMR control systems, including path planning, task allocation, and safety protocols. Simulate and validate AMR system performance using software tools and physical testing. Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and develop customized technical solutions that address client needs. Act as a technical liaison between clients and other internal teams, providing feedback and ensuring seamless communication. Build strong client relationships and analyze their business objectives, processes, and pain points through workshops and data analysis. Develop tailored solutions using Zetes' hardware, software, and services, aligning with client needs and industry best practices. Contribute to compelling business proposals showcasing solution value and ROI. Collaborate Internally: Partner with sales during pre-sales, offering technical and business expertise. Work with technical teams and project managers during implementation for successful delivery. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors in supply chain and identification solutions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of supply chain processes (warehousing, transportation, track & trace, direct store delivery). Fluent in English (essential); French and Flemish. Living in Belgium. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AMR technology, including sensor fusion, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
