About the Role:

The Technical AMR business consultant is a technical role focused on driving the adoption and implementation of our Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) solutions as well as our other Print and Apply solutions. This role demands an understanding of robotics, automation, and software integration, combined with the ability to articulate technical solutions and their business impact to diverse audiences.

We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented technical Business Consultant who will be crucial in understanding client challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions using Zetes' technology. You'll collaborate closely with sales, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery and lasting client satisfaction.

Technical Solution & Sales Support:

Conduct detailed site surveys and feasibility analyses, including evaluating infrastructure, workflow patterns, and potential integration points.

Develop detailed technical specifications and system architecture diagrams, outlining hardware, software, and network requirements.

Integrate AMR systems with our current applications.

Program and configure AMR control systems, including path planning, task allocation, and safety protocols.

Simulate and validate AMR system performance using software tools and physical testing.

Provide in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and performance of our AMR and other solutions.

Develop and present technical proposals and statements of work (SOWs), detailing system design, integration, and implementation plans.

Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and develop customized technical solutions that address client needs.

Act as a technical liaison between clients and other internal teams, providing feedback and ensuring seamless communication.

What You'll Do:

• Understand Client Needs: Build strong client relationships and analyze their business objectives, processes, and pain points through workshops and data analysis.
• Define Solutions: Translate client requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Design Innovative Solutions: Develop tailored solutions using Zetes' hardware, software, and services, aligning with client needs and industry best practices.
• Develop Proposals: Contribute to compelling business proposals showcasing solution value and ROI.
• Present Solutions: Effectively communicate proposed solutions and their benefits to clients.
• Collaborate Internally: Partner with sales during pre-sales, offering technical and business expertise. Work with technical teams and project managers during implementation for successful delivery.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors in supply chain and identification solutions.
• Share Knowledge: Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and potentially participate in industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in the AMR space.
• Understanding of robotics principles, including navigation, mapping, control systems, and sensor technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards relating to robotic systems.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (warehousing, transportation, track & trace, direct store delivery).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (essential); French and Flemish.
• Living in Belgium.
• Willingness for occasional European travel.

Skills

• Maintain knowledge of advanced robotics concepts.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AMR technology, including sensor fusion, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
• Experience in the AMR space.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
