Among other flagship references, Zetes implemented and manages ePassport’s and eVisa’s in Ivory Coast since 2008 and a comprehensive Border Control solution in Cabo Verde since 2019. To achieve our ambition of becoming the global challenger in providing innovative identity-related services and solutions specifically tailored to the unique needs of governments, we are seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Asia Pacific region . You will join a dynamic, flexible, and hands-on team that operates as a professional service provider. We believe in listening to government requirements and challenges before presenting customized proposals. In our team, there is no "me and them"—only "Us". As Regional Sales Director, you will be primarily responsible for the Asia Pacific (APAC) market, while remaining open to global opportunities. Define and present sales strategies to the VP International Sales and deliver on annual sales and margin targets. Lead the Sales Cycle : From early prospecting to contract signing, including tender supervision. Create Synergy: Collaborate closely with Panasonic’s regional team to capitalize on their market presence and strengthen the positioning and reach of Zetes’ solutions. Represent Zetes at industry events and provide feedback to Product Managers to refine our solutions and competitive landscape. Support Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Project Management Office during execution and contribute to internal process enhancements. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and a true team player. Excellent communicator, fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
