Dev(Sec)Ops Coach

Role Overview

In this role, you will guide DevOps teams in setting up and implementing
DevSecOps processes and competencies
. You will build on existing baselines and guidelines established by the local Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) and help teams adopt structure and principles that make them more independent and effective.

What will you do?

• Technical guidance & coaching
  of DevOps and operations teams on DevSecOps principles and practices
• Process optimization:
  analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement/automate improvements
• Introduce and promote best practices around
  CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and release management
• Develop and deliver
  trainings and workshops
  to strengthen DevSecOps skills within the teams
• Innovation:
  stay up to date with new trends and evolutions in DevOps and apply them within the organization

Profile We Are Looking For

• At least 5–7 years of experience
  in a DevOps role, with proven experience in coaching and DevSecOps implementations
• Deep knowledge of
  Azure Cloud, Git, Terraform
  , and related tooling
• Strong communication skills and smooth interaction with both technical teams and management
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and strong in process thinking
• Certifications (Azure, DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes, etc.) are a plus
