This means supporting the company’s vision, strategy, and growth in customers, industries, and, of course, the adessi community in Belgium. /p h3To strengthen our company growth, we are looking for a Functional Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our Microsoft Solutions Team /h3 h3Your role /h3 ul liYou will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into practical Microsoft 365 solutions. /li liYou will collaborate with our team on end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 projects from initial requirements gathering and design through configuration, customization, data migration, testing, go‑live support and aftercare. You ensure together with your team that solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations. /li liYou’re client‑oriented and communicative and can explain your solutions to business users. You’re both capable of working on your own as well as in a team with a proactive attitude. /li liYou stay up‑to‑date on the latest features and updates in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You proactively apply this knowledge in your projects and love to share all your findings within the team. /li liYou can actively support the team by assisting with presales dossiers, contributing your expertise to solution design and client proposals. /li liYou are passionate about delivering engaging workshops that empower customers and help them adopt Microsoft 365 solutions effectively. /li /ul h3Required Skills Knowledge /h3 ul liStrong expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, specializing in SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. /li liHands‑on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and related components). /li liProven track record in Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, and lifecycle management. /li liExpertise in migrations from different sources towards SharePoint/Teams. /li liInitial experience with Microsoft Copilot, including agents and Copilot Studio. /li liAbility to design and deliver workshops and training sessions for end‑users and administrators. /li liExperience with BPMN for process modeling and optimization. /li liProven involvement in presales activities, including solution design and client proposals. /li liAbility to manage smaller projects independently or take ownership of solo assignments. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou have 3-4 years of hands‑on experience in implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, from planning and design to configuring/building the solution to deployment and user adoption. You have been responsible for delivering complex projects, preferably in a consulting environment. /li liYou possess excellent people and communication skills and with your analytic mindset you’re able to design end‑to‑end solutions that consider process, functionality and technical integration. Putting these competences to good use for presales activities to assist the team motivates you. /li liYou are proficient in different Microsoft 365 technologies: you understand SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive as well as the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience with third‑party migration/governance tools like ShareGate, Orchestry, AvePoint, … is a plus. /li liYou are familiar with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or hybrid approaches) and can work in an organized, transparent manner. You know how to use tools like Azure DevOps to track progress and ensure quality delivery. Managing smaller/solo projects independently is not a problem for you. /li liCertification is a plus – if you don’t have it, you’re possibly working towards it. /li liYou are passionate about the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and keep up with the latest innovations. You approach challenges with a positive, proactive attitude.
