This means supporting the company’s vision, strategy, and growth in customers, industries, and, of course, the adessi community in Belgium. /b /p h3To strengthen our company growth, we are looking for a Technical Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our Microsoft Solutions Team /h3 h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liYou will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into practical Microsoft 365 solutions. /li liYou will collaborate with our team on end-to-end Microsoft 365 projects from initial requirements gathering and design through configuration, customization, data migration, testing, go-live support and aftercare. You ensure together with your team that solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations. /li liYou’re client-oriented and communicative and can explain your technical ideas to non-technical contacts. You’re both capable of working on your own as well as in a team with a proactive attitude. /li liYou stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You proactively apply this knowledge in your projects and love to share all your findings within the team. /li /ul h3Required Skills Knowledge /h3 ul liStrong expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, specializing in SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. /li liHands‑on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and related components). /li liProven track record in Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, and lifecycle management. /li liSolid understanding of REST API, Microsoft Graph API, and development tools such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, SPFx, PnP, and PowerShell scripting. Background in integrating with other data sources is considered a plus. /li liFamiliarity with Azure DevOps (Git, Boards and pipelines). /li liExpertise in migrations from different sources towards SharePoint/Teams. /li liInitial experience with Microsoft Copilot, including agents and Copilot Studio. /li liAbility to design and deliver workshops and training sessions for end‑users and administrators. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liYou have 3‑4 years hands‑on experience in implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, from planning and design to configuring/building/developing the solution to deployment and user adoption. You have been responsible for delivering complex projects, preferably in a consulting environment. /li liYou possess excellent people and communication skills and with your analytic mindset you’re able to design end‑to‑end solutions that consider process, functionality and technical integration. /li liYou can discuss architectural decisions with the senior and architect profiles in our team (configuration vs customization, integration approaches, etc.) and foresee the impact on both the system and the business. /li liYou are proficient in different Microsoft 365 technologies: you understand SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive as well as the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). You have practical knowledge of Azure services (like Logic Apps, Functions) for building integrations and automations. Front‑end development with SPFx is second nature to you. Experience with third‑party migration/governance tools like ShareGate, Orchestry, AvePoint, … is a plus. /li liYou are familiar with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or hybrid approaches) and can work in an organized, transparent manner. You know how to use tools like Azure DevOps to track progress and ensure quality delivery. /li liCertification is a plus – if you don’t have it, you’re possibly working towards it. /li liYou are passionate about the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and keep up with the latest innovations. You approach challenges with a positive, proactive attitude.
